There are a few scenarios where a project can be restored. Some can be completed by the customer and others by a Support Team member.
Customer:
If there is a backup of the project in a Zip file this can be reloaded into ConQuest using the Project, Import function. (Will only work if it is a Zip file of the Project from ConQuest).
If Snapshot settings are activate you can restore the Estimating files from here (does not restore Comparisons/Project/Q-Dim/Enquiry data only the estimate)
