Windows can be resized easily in On-Screen TakeOff, unfortunately they can sometimes be accidentally made so small they are not at all visible.
If you slowly move the cursor across the side of the screen where the window usually is, you should see it change from an arrow to two vertical lines with arrows pointing left and right out of them. When this appears, click and drag back towards the middle of the screen and the panel should be stretched back out.
