If you are using On-Screen TakeOff On-Premise, unfortunately project recovery is not possible as On-Screen Take-Off projects cannot be backed up, restored or rolled back to an earlier state. If you are Hosted by us on Access Hosting or MyDesk, pleaseproceed a with a support engineer. We need to know the exact moment when the project was deleted and that information can be found in the TakeOff log file. To open the TakeOff log:

A text file should open and the most up-to-date information is found at the bottom of the file.

1. On the main ribbon, click on Help
2. Then select View Log file

A user has deleted data in a file but he has now continued to work in that file until today, we need to know if we can restore the deleted data without losing the work that is in it now?
