If you are using ConQuest in the MyDesk environment and you are getting the above error message when clicking on Properties in On-Screen TakeOff, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the ConQuest version.
To find your ConQuest version:
Go to the Help menu
Click on About ConQuest
On the splash screen, on the left-hand side you can see your version.
