On the top of the Q-Dims window there is an Excel Icon, this will allow you to Export the data for the following:

Explore (Allows you to look through the Project Summary to locate the items ) 

1. Current Item 
2. Selected Items
3. Explore (Allows you to look through the Project Summary to locate the items ) 
4. All

This will export a separate Excel sheet that details all the Q-Dim information to excel based on the above choice. If you choose to export more Q-Dims to the same file, it will ask if you want to overwrite it. This does not overwrite, however - it appends your data to that already in the worksheet.
