The number of decimal places shown for the Measurements and Dimensions in On-Screen TakeOff is configurable:

From the File menu select Options

About a third of the way down this screen is the Decimal Places box, which contains the settings for the Measurement and Dimension. Use the drop-downs to select the desired number of decimal places for each. 

Click OK. The accuracy should now be what you require.
