If ConQuest is not closed properly or has crashed, the Project files will be locked for 10 minutes. Please wait for 10 minutes and then retry. If the Project still states that it is locked, please continue with a support member for further assistance as this will need to be fixed by ConQuest support.

If the error states someone else is in the project, you can still go in as long as you follow the rules of working in ConQuest.

When logging back in after a crash, I receive an error message:'Project is locked'
'Project (job number) is use by (username) on (machine name). Please be aware that if more than one person makes changes in Estimating on the same project at the same time'
