Crashed or Frozen Remote session

ConQuest has crashed. When I close and re-open the application, the same crashed session is displayed. Every time I open ConQuest, it's got the same error showing and won't let me do anything

This happens when ConQuest is being run through Remote Desktop Services. Because the software is not running on your machine, Task Manager, which only manages your machine, cannot close the application. To clear this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. If the session has crashed, try CTRL + ALT + END and a sign-out prompt should be given.

  2. If this does not work, your IT contact will have to disconnect your session manually from the server. ConQuest support cannot do this.
