Cannot log on to Hosted Remote desktop connection

Can connect to the RDWeb URL at all, states an issue with the connection. Can log into the URL but it opens back into a frozen session. Does not give the ConQuest Password prompt.

If once you have logged on to RemoteWeb you cannot log on using the DOMAIN\USERNAME format for the username, try [email protected]

If opening to the Published applications but ConQuest opens straight to the application and freezes without giving the password prompt select CTRL + ALT + End whilst in the Remote session and Sign Out, Sign out of the Remote session and try again.
