There is some tracking information listed for the project but not detailed item or rate changes.
To locate the Log:
Open Projects
Highlight the Project
Select Access Log from right hand panel.
This will open a Text document with information on when the project was Created, copied, sendout created, comparisons\valuation\sendout created, it will advise which users have been in the project and when but not the steps the performed.
