This situation can easily occur if the <b>Send button</b> is pressed quickly in succession. This can happen very rarely but it can trigger issues like this. Happily, this is a one-time thing and it shouldn't repeat. 

I noticed in the Tracking area in Online Enquiries that a sendout has been sent twice to suppliers and they received two emails.
