This error is received because one of the following:
The Mapped drive is either not Mapped or not active in Windows File Explorer or at least wasn't when ConQuest was started. Correct this if you know how, get your IT to do it if you don't, and then restart ConQuest.
The Mapped drive has been mapped incorrectly in Windows File Explorer. Get this corrected as above then restart ConQuest and try again.
The User does not have a folder setup in the Users or TakeOffUsers folder. In this case, copy the default user if it exists or a working user's folder, renaming it to the appropriate windows username. The %username% does not work for Snapshots, so make sure that you edit the snapshotsettings and ensure that it has the right path without chevrons around the username.
The configuration folder was specified incorrectly at install time. To correct this, get the properties on the desktop icon. The folder in question will be specified either in the Start In or as a second path in the Target. Make sure that this is enclosed in double quotes and that the path is correct - use %username% in place of the actual username, as that way it will work correctly for all users. If you are entering the path in the Target, you will need the Configuration folder included, if you are specifying the Start In, this should not have Configuration on the end.
šNote: Username here means the Windows user name which as will be expanded out by %username%
