If you are getting the error above randomly when using ConQuest and you have a Network install, please ask your IT team to perform a server reboot as the error might be related to the poor communication between the SQL database and the application.
If the issue still persists after the server reboot or you have a Local install, please continue with a support member, reference the title of this article and attach the Log file.
You can get a copy of the Log file by going to:
Go to Help Menu from the main ribbon
Select About ConQuest
Click on the View Log file from the left-side corner of the splash screen that appears
A Notepad window will pop up and you need to save it by going to File and then Save As.
