If you are on a Remote desktop connection system, your ConQuest probably won't be able to see the files on your own machine. If you connect via RDWeb or another web interface, there will probably be a File Explorer or Remote Files option - you can use this to copy files from your own machine to the remote machine so that they can be seen.
If you are unable to add specific files, check the combined path and file name length of the files in question - there is a limit on what ConQuest can access, so you may need to move the files to be able to access them. The fully qualified file name (including the path) must be less than 260 characters, and the path, without filename, must be less than 248 characters.
If you are unable to see a file container, check that it is a mapped drive and not a shortcut or other link.
