For viewing a list of ConQuest users, your Internal IT should:

Go to the server where the database is installed

Access the ConQuest Q Series folder

1. Go to the server where the database is installed
2. Access the ConQuest Q Series folder
3. Choose the folder named Users

Here you can see all the ConQuest users set up on that server. 

Note: This is applicable only for network installations.
