To move contacts between the 4 tabs in the Contacts Database, you need to tag the contacts to be moved and press the transfer button. This will give you a list of the other tabs available to move the record to. There are only 4 tabs, and these cannot be renamed.

All contacts have been added into the Subcontractor Tab of the contact database, and they are to be split between Suppliers, Clients, and Professional.
