This error is caused by a corrupt file on your computer. The class not registered error usually stems from faulty DLL (.dll) files.
It looks like ConQuest, has a damaged installation or needs to be registered. Either your IT team can help you to repair it (via Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel) or register it (via Regsvr32.exe).
Another solution would be that before you open your ConQuest application:
Right click on the Desktop icon
Choose Properties
Go to Compatibility tab
Run Compatibility troubleshooter
This way Windows will choose the right settings to make the application compatible.
