If the pop-up window is incomplete when you're trying to create an Excel bill, copying another's user configuration folder and renaming it to your user will resolve the issue. ConQuest support can help you with that, please continue with a support member.

When I try to create an Excel bill using the Excel icon the pop-up is incomplete or does not fully open to allow me to click OK and create the export.
