Error : 'DxAPI Failed to get drawing list. [Error: -3]'

This is usually down to a Network Connection error.

If multiple users are receiving the error check the SQL Server is running OK and possibly get the SQL instance or Server restarted.

If only 1 user is getting the error then it is likely to be a network connection issue on the machine. Please try logging onto another machine in the first instance to see if the fault follows.
