You will need the appropriate password to make changes to the Contacts Database. If you don't know the passwords, please continue with a member support as they can provide you with the password.
As with the projects, the Code for each company you add must be unique.
Companies can be moved between categories, so codes cannot be repeated on other tabs.
Trades must also have unique codes. These are all alphanumeric (you can use letters and numbers).
You cannot export the People information from the Contacts Database and there is no function to import bulk changes to the database, once the initial setup has been imported it is down to the Estimators to keep the Contact Database updated.
If you want to have the Data imported into your Contacts Database you will need to reach out to your Account Manager as this is a chargeable service.
