If you are having issue with your dongle, please review the solutions below:
If the dongle is physically faulty or lost or stolen, make a note of the Licence number and reach out to your designated customer success manager or you can continue with a support member for a Softkey replacement to be generated.
If the Licence has no red light indicator when it is plugged in, try another USB port.
Swap the USB device with a known working device to determine whether it is the USB Device or the machine.If it is the USB Device, please do step 1.If it is the machine, you will need to contact IT.
Note: Licenses are no longer provided in dongles. The replacement will be made with a virtual softkey.
