Hosted file explorer page does not give me access to user's folder (Hosted RDS)

One of the users is unable to access the folders that other users can. The correct explorer file location has user documents in the hierarchy on the left side with folders for users.

You can pin any folder you want in the File Explorer to appear on the Quick Access by selecting the folder, then pressing right-click and choosing Pin to Quick Access in the left side hierarchy.
