This is probably down to having and Amendment, Lump Sum or Discount assigned to the Subcontractor.
To check this:
Open Comparisons, Headers
Select Show All
Should be able to see where the figures are coming from and clear them out if not required.
V5 Figures in comparisons being shown but cannot locate where they are coming from
Whilst working in Version 5 comparisons there are 4 Subcontractor names only one of the Subcontractors have been populated with rates but another Subcontractor name is showing a Gross total.
