Please follow the below steps and the pop-up message should disappear:

Press the Win + I combination key to open Windows Settings

Go to Gaming then Gaming bar.

Switch the toggle of Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar to Off. Next, try to open ConQuest again to see if the error is solved.

The below message keeps coming up every time I pretty much click a button in ConQuest: 'You'll need  a new app to open  this ms-gamingoverlay link.'
