This is a known issue: If you use the right-click Move options to rearrange your Composite Items, one of the composites will be duplicated, or revert back to the Library resource name. These are not linked, so it is safe to delete the duplicate, one the Composite Items are moved, run Tools, Check Job on the project and amend the resource names again. This may revert again if moved up/down again.

Cloned or Renamed resources are reverted back to the Library or descriptions removed when using the move up/down function.
