You need to check if the anti-malware or anti-virus is not blocking the Conquest.exe to be shown in the C:\ConQuest Q series folder.
Usually, the anti-virus puts the executable in quarantine, and if you removed it from there and add it to a permitted apps list, it should bring back the shortcut.
