Hosted Customer Error: 'Could not connect to database' when opening ConQuest RDS

When I try to login into ConQuest on the Access Hosting Environment, it does not find the database on the server and the error message Could not connect to database appears.

If you cannot access the ConQuest and On-Screen TakeOff applications on our Access Hosting Environment RDS and receive the error above, please continue with a support member online. A ConQuest Support engineer will raise this with our Hosting team to further investigate the issue.
