The Job Resource Report/Export will only ever display a Nett value. If the project has a markup and the Price Type is set to Gross the Job Reports will show the Adjusted figures:
To Check the Price Type:
G to Tools, Global Adjustments, Price Type (Gross, Nett + Item Adjustments, Gross)
Go to Estimating, View Window - Top right will state Nett/Gross, double clicking will open the Price Type
Go to Reports, Estimating, Job: The Change Price Type box will be displayed.
Ensure you have not selected to view Composite or Gang Breakdowns on the Job Resources export/Print. As These resources GAngs - contain Labour/Plant and Composite Materials - contains multiple Materials they are all ready covered within their individual sections. Selecting these options doubles up the figures.
Try changing the price type to Nett and re-run both reports, they should match. If the discrepancy still exists please continue with a support member.
